We have a lot to celebrate, and we want to share that celebration with our community. Join us at our Open House on Saturday, September 26, from 3-5 pm at our buildings at 1701 and 1711 Vassar Street, Reno (near Kietzke).

At the Open House, you’ll be able to shop at the newly expanded Thrift & Gift on Vassar, voted #1 Thrift Shop in the area by Best of Sierra Nevada and Best of Reno. Visitors get a chance to win gift certificates for Thrift & Gift.

You’ll also be able to tour our new Philanthropic Support Center, which is home to 11 programs that give back over $1.4 million to our community.

The 1701 Group is the area’s largest nonprofit with NO paid staff – just over 400 volunteers. We work hard to support the most deserving students, seniors and veterans in the area.
